Creamy Chicken & Cheddar Rice1

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1-1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Add chicken.
Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Add soup and milk.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and broccoli.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Add in 1/2 cup cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
