Tuna and tomato pasta

Ingredients
1 onion chopped
2tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
400g can of chopped tomatoes with herbs
1 tsp sugar
500g pack of pasta bows
200g can of tuna, drained
Method
Fry the onion in the oil for 2 minutes, stir in the garlic , tomatoes and sugar.
Season, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta, flake the tuna into the sauce and heat through.
Drain the pasta and return to the pan and stir in the sauce.
